OPC ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Good Day Everyone.

I hope this notice finds you well and anxious to return to outdoor play!

I am writing to provide notice of our 2026 – 27 Annual General Meeting on March 26, 2026 at the Legion Hall, 146 Hirst Avenue W, Parksville. Registration will begin at 9:15 and the meeting will start at 10:00.

Attached are the agenda, last year’s AGM minutes, and the financial report from last year’s AGM.

You will receive another notice, on SUG, soon from Wendy Shaw. This is so you can respond if you are planning to attend. Please let us know so that we can plan accordingly for seating and refreshments.

Oceanside Pickleball uses the eight pickleball courts in the Parksville Community Park. We also have access to an additional eight indoor courts at the Parksville Curling Club.

We are completely run by a dedicated and eager group of volunteers who give generously of their time and talents to our club.
